You may request a return under the following conditions:
The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, manuals, and accessories.
Please note: Certain items such as personal care products, perishables, and customized orders may not be eligible for return unless defective.
To initiate a return:

Our team will guide you through the process and arrange for pickup (where applicable) or provide instructions for shipping the item back.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we may request your bank details for processing the refund.
Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong product).
We may offer exchanges for the same product if stock is available. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
